Each year we receive nominations from member organizations for outstanding volunteers in our community and here are just a handful of recent profiles of featured volunteers.

Pat Draper, a long-time SOS volunteer, embodies the qualities which make all SOS volunteers invaluable. Pat prepares healthy snacks for children in the Child, Youth and Family Centre. Pat’s cheerful and selfless dedication inspires the love and appreciation of all those around her although she shies away from any praise or recognition. SOS wishes to express it’s gratitude for Pat’s community service as well as all of the volunteers she represents.
